    Hi.

    I've got a problem with the visual composer / page builder. When I get to the Edit screen and try to save - nothing happens. I can't even click "Cancel". It simply stucks and I have to reload the entire page in order for it to get out of that pop-up. 

    Any idea? I've got the latest version (4.5.21)

    Hey Stefan!

    You have a number of plugins that could be causing a conflict. Please try deactivating all plugins and then activate one by one to find the culprit.

    Hey Again!

    Then it is likely a server memory issue, Please make sure your hosting provider has set the Memory to atleast 128 MB .

    Please try using this plugin: http://www.logotypo.se/wp-admin/tools.php?page=p3-... to scan for plugins that are consuming resources. If its working on another domain it is likely a plugin issue.

    Hi Tahir, 

    I hope you are well. I am having similar problems. I have tried the methods mentioned above and in other threads such as deactivating plugins and adding the CSS code but to no avail. Could you help please?

    Please provide your site url and wp-admin login details in a private response. Also make sure you are on the latest theme version 4.5.22 .

    Hey Benedetto.

    The only thing that worked for me was to completely reinstall both Wordpress and the theme. Works great now.

    Hey Benedetto!

    As Stefan mentioned you will likely have to update the WP core files and update to the latest theme version 4.8.1 which will be released later today.
