When creating a carousel with Flickity, the slider does not pause on hover/mouseover. This is supposed to be the default behavior for Flickity and in the code it appears that this is set as the default -- but it doesn't work.

to recreate:

1. create new carousel
2. change carousel setting to flickity
3. enable autorotate
4. add slides
5. view carousel
6. hover/mouseover the carousel

(also it would be nice to be able to toggle pause on hover on/off)
