    Hi,

I can't locate in Theme Editor where can I enter a new translation for the "Comments" meta, would you mind assisting?

I've also tried with the "Say What" plugin with Text Domain targeting "salient", "salient-core", "salient-portfolio" but it's also not working.

    Thanks

    Hi Milan,

How about you try using loco translate plugin.

    Thanks.

    Hi Andrew,

Thank you for the quick reply.

Now with Loco translate its showing me "30 comments" instead of "3 comments".

    Thanks

    Hi Milan,

Seems there is limited access on the salient theme on the loco translate plugin. I am getting this notification:

    Hello Millan,

To enable view count, please ensure you have the  Easy Post Views Count plugin.

    Thanks

    Hi Andrew,

This topic is related to not displaying Comments count not view count :)

    Thanks

Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Thanks

    Hi Tahir,

It seems that once I switch WP language to something other than English this problem occurred.

I've switched all 3rd party plugins and it stayed the same. Once I changed the WP language back to English it went back to normal.

    Hi Milan,

Please try reinstalling the wpml plugin and see whether it fixes.

    Thanks.

  • Milan replied

    Hi Andrew,

    I'm not using WPML plugin.

I've just simply changed Site Language in Settings>General> Site Language

    Hey Again,

I just logged in and remove the incomplete translation file in Loco Translate Plugin which seems to have fixed the issue.
