Hopefully not too finicky and worthy of inclusion :)
1) upon clicking on the search icon, it turns into a close button (as per earlier version)
2) video playback in nectar slider - option to play once and then move to next slide; not sure how complicated this is, but it would be fantastic / very practical to have in place (ideally allowing for the slideshow to not loop and stop on the last slide as well)
Sorry as to (2), it appears that the cross still appears when search is in the header, but not in the version that sits on top of the actual page content. Not possible to have it here as well?
I've noted the cross, yep - just wondering if it might be able to function as per the original demo (i.e. the search can still happen over the top of the content, as per Ascend, but the magnifying glass still changes to the 'close' symbol). Hope this makes sense

Hey Jon,
1. Are you not seeing the X button on this demo which uses the new search function in the ascend style? http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-ascend/
2. This is already on the wishlist for future development :)
Cheers
Thanks - awesome to hear! :)
