The navigation in the header (or really any link to a tab on the products page) will first got to the correct tab, but then it bounces back to the first tab in the grouping. Cannot get this to got to the correct tab and stay there.
I had my developer take a look and here is what he found:
As I suspected, disabling all plugins did not touch the issue. I turned everything off, including the Salient WP Bakery page builder (so the page looked like straight code, basically), and the error persisted. 99% sure the error is coming from scrambled Javascript in the theme.
The error is that there is a piece of javascript that is removing the 'active-tab' class on the proper tab. When the page loads, it's correct; some subsequent piece of JS loads and modifies the element(s), removing 'active-tab' from the proper tab and assigning it to the first tab in the list.

Hi Elisabeth,
Thanks for contacting us.
Please check for plugin conflicts by deactivating the third party plugins then reactivating them back one by one to see the one that falls culprit.
Thanks.

Here's a screen recording of the error with the developer tools on so they can see it.
Hey Again,
Thanks for the detailed information. Escalating it to the Developer for further response.

Hey Elisabeth,
Please update your version of Salient to the latest release (13.0.3) - you're currently on 10.0.3.
There have been many bug fixes since v10, and this issue should not occur.
KInd regards,
