    Hi, 

    How do I get the mega menu to display an image in the drop-down - like the demo http://themenectar.com/demo/salient-ecommerce-robust/

    in the skincare nav item

    thanks Judith , I cant see the salient menu button ... or any mega menu options. Do i need to have anything set in the plugins or theme settings ? can you offer any other suggestions

    Could you try testing for a plugin conflict. You can do this by deactivating all third party plugins, and seeing if the problem remains. If it’s fixed, you’ll know a plugin caused the problem, and you can narrow down which one by reactivating them one at a time.

    Hey Again,

    If you replace the Theme files only, then no the Theme Settings won't get lost as we save them in the database. However, you can export your setting to keep a backup from the Theme Options Panel as well.

    Please check for these php requirements with your host provider to see whether they are matching before we escalate this issue:

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    • max_execution_time 60
    • memory_limit 256M
    • post_max_size 48M
    • upload_max_filesize 48M
