I am wondering if it's possible to get the same kind of button you can get with the Nectar Slider but without using the Nectar Slider. I want to use the mouse based parallax but with a short text and a button that says "Buy Now", alternatively two buttons next to each other.

Yes you can simply place a text box page element and then place the buttons using the button shortcode.
