Our website is showing incorrectly on mobile (showing hyperlinks only). In addition to showing hyperlinks, it is show the old website which has since been redone. We have cleared our caches and updated all browsers and had multiple people try it out, and it has not worked for anyone. It is showing incorrectly on Chrome specifically, and we have reached out to our developers, and they said everything is running correctly on the backend. Wordpress.org also said that everything looks fine and suggested reaching out to you. We'd love to get this resolved asap as most of our sales come from mobile device purchases and it is unusable right now.
I seem not to be able to replicate the issue from my end. Which device are you encountering the error? I have tested on an android device and the page loads the shop content and the menu items display well.
