The issue is that when editing a page, Rankmath doesn't 'see' the page title that is entered and applies the wrong SEO score, and therefore causes much confusion with trying to fight with/fix it.
When the Core plugin is disabled, the issue disappears.
This seems to only have been an issue with the current 13.0.5 version.
Is this something you may be able to look at and fix in a minor update or should we rollback to an earlier version? If we rollback, what is the advised method to do so?
I can't seem to replicate this locally when testing with RankMath (see attached). Could you allow me to temporarily access your admin so that I can take a look for errors that might be getting logged>
Just so you can see first, here's a video of it that I prepared for Rankmath team, prior to following their steps in that link I provided to check for conflicts. https://braceftp.b-cdn.net/Rankmath-titleissue.mp4
BTW, they have confirmed within this site that they were able to reproduce that Salient Core being disabled resolved it.
I've located the issue. It's stemming from the Salient integration with MathRank relating to image elements, which is why deactivating the Salient Core corrected your issue since all Salient elements are registered in that plugin.
You'll need to delete your current version of the Salient WPbakery page builder plugin before installing and then clear your browser's cache after installing the new version in order to ensure the new file is loaded with the fix.
Since I'm not a fan of clearing cache as it breaks so many things, I tested in a private/incognito tab - and you'll be pleased to hear you fixed it.
Actually - once entering the pages to Edit, the SEO score increased from what was shown in the Pages list - upon Updating the single page, the higher score also reflects in the Page listings.
Hi there,
We've noticed and then tested following these steps https://rankmath.com/kb/check-plugin-conflicts/ that there is an issue with Rankmath due to a conflict with the Salient Core plugin.

Hey,
Sure - go for it.

Let me know how you get on!

Hey Dom,
I've located the issue. It's stemming from the Salient integration with MathRank relating to image elements, which is why deactivating the Salient Core corrected your issue since all Salient elements are registered in that plugin.
The fix will need to take place in the Salient WPBakery plugin. If you'd like early access to the change you can download a pre-release copy from here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/soirn2qfb3i3je9/js_composer_salient.zip?dl=0
You'll need to delete your current version of the Salient WPbakery page builder plugin before installing and then clear your browser's cache after installing the new version in order to ensure the new file is loaded with the fix.
Kind regards
THank you so much - I shall try it right now.

Good work Team Salient / ThemeNectar !!
Glad I could help, Dom
