    I've followed the directions and installed the theme to WP. I didn't have a pop-up for the plugins so I installed them directly from the plugin folder in the zip file. When I go to customize appearance I have an error message saying "There has been a critical error on this website."

    Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
