We have a sub-menu set on this page as a fixed http://avalyn.flywheelsites.com/amenities/ when you scroll, the second menu on the page gets fixed to the top. Still, it is getting overlapped by the primary menu bar. Since the position from the top is most likely being calculated from JS there is no way for us to fix this without overwriting the default JS functionality.
