I have a Masonry style blog w/ a sidebar on my website and have the automatic excerpt enabled in the Salient theme settings. I recently added a table of content at the top of each blog post and noticing that it's the first thing showing up as an excerpt for my blog homepage.
When I disable the automatic excerpt option, the whole blog post seems to show up on the blog homepage (attached)
I've seen in the tickets list that there should be a way to manually add an excerpt on the backend editor but I can't seem to find it?

Hi There,
Thanks for keeping in touch.
You cannot manually add or edit an excerpt as these are dynamically generated. They come as links that cannot be edited.
Thanks.
Thanks for the quick reply Judith!
In that case - as I was trying to look for solutions to the excerpt issue, what is the manual excerpt section from this ticket? https://themenectar.ticksy.com//ticket/2767248/
