I'm having trouble with my company's website for the custom Google font to translate to the mobile. As you can see in the screenshots below, the website has a specific font for headings, Brandon Grotesque. It looks great on a computer but on the mobile device, as you can see in the next screenshot, the custom font does not appear and is messed up on both the headings and the buttons.
However, it is strange because when in the WP Admin, when you look at a page as if it were a mobile, the font appears.
What advice do you have for making sure the mobile font is the same when viewed on a mobile device?
What method have you used to add the Custom Font?.
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
Thanks so much for your response. Unfortunately with privacy concerns for our company, we don't share out our admin information. However, I'm happy to go in myself anywhere at your request, take screenshots, etc. You can see attached are screenshots of the information around the typography settings of the Salient Theme. I believe the Brandon-Grotesque header font was uploaded to the URL from a typekit and the sub-font, Merriweather, is from Google font. I included a screenshot of the CSS code that the back end developer put in.
Please let me know what more information you might need! Thank you,
Please consult with the Back End Developer that put in the font and have him check if the font-weight is correctly added in the @font-face declarations as it sometimes causes rendering issues.
