    Hi 

    Just updated support but not recognising hence using general ticket. Purchase code... 5768ce26-0ed1-4dd3-b895-01b0f6df1aa2

    I've logged in today to find the error below at the backend and the forums not loading front end. The error looks like a theme related issue. Any ideas?

    I also experienced this error when activating Salient WPBakery Plugin :

    Plugin could not be activated because it triggered a fatal error.

    Fatal error: [snuffleupagus][disabled_function] Aborted execution on call of the function 'require_once' in /home/zizaliac/public_html/wp-content/plugins/js_composer_salient/include/classes/core/class-vc-manager.php on line 319

    Hi Arif,

    Please try downgrading to php 7.3 and check again also check for your php requirements to be as follows:

    Recommended PHP configuration limits are as follows:

    max_execution_time 60
    memory_limit 256M
    post_max_size 48M
    upload_max_filesize 48M
