    Hi team:

    I bought an encyclopedia and it supposed that show the prefix filter (A|B|C...X|Y|Z) on header of each term, I activated for showing the prefix filter, but it doesn't work.

    I am afraid we dont provide support for third party plugins. So please consult the plugin developer from whom you purchased it.
