Rich Text Editor suddenly missing in Visual Composer

    Hi,


    I'm facing an odd issue, quite out of the blue. The Rich Text Editor in Visual composer is no longer showing.

    I've tested this across two browsers and it doesn't work. What's odd is that it does work for someone else who has an Editor role on the website.


    I deactivated all plugins except for the Salient ones and the text block (and other text editing items like flip box) still doesn't show the Rich Text Editor option, only code view.

    Any idea what might have caused this; have you seen this before?

    This affects both the front and back end editors. I've attached a screenshot of what I see.

    Thanks for the quick response. I've kept it all updated, so:


    Wordpress: 5.7.2

    Salient WPBakery Page Builder: 6.6.0

    Salient: 13.0.5

    Check if visual editor is disabled in your profile.

    Hi,


    It was not disabled.

    But then I did disable and re-enable it just to see what would happen, and it seems to have rectified the issue.

    It seems to be working fine now. Not sure what caused it to do that, but glad it's back to normal.
