In The "Text Domain" field write "salient" without quotes . If you are trying to change woocommerce words add "woocommerce" in "Text domain" . The fields are case-sensitive .
I would suggest adding the option to add a custom text box for "Related Posts" as well as for "Read Article"/"Read more" button on recent blog elements in the next major revision.

For "Related Posts Title Text" that appear the bottom of a blog post, I have a few options in the drop down menu. How do I put something custom there?
Instead of "Related Posts", I want "Related Articles"
