    Hi! Is there a way to place a Global Section as the Secondary Header? Or is there a place I can further customize the Secondary Header section? Even when I've selected new colors, it looks like the Salient Theme CSS is not updating with the new colors I've added.

    I realize the alternative would be adding Custom CSS, but I want to see if there's a way to do it that I'm missing.

    Hi Laura,

    You can add the global section from here:

    Then add it to the secondary header from here:

    Thanks.

    Thank you!! So when I added that, it only added a LINK to the Global Section to the header...?

    Hey Again,

    The Secondary Header Section features are limited as the "Top Navigation Menu" location is the Primary Header.

    Try using these Menu features : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/salient-menu-options/ .

    Thanks

    Okay, sounds like that won't accomplish what we need. I've added a plugin they used previously on this site called "Top Bar."

    Any tips on getting the header navigation spacing right with this on scroll? https://jallwood21.wpengine.com/

    Hi Laura,

    Please let us know how you would want the header to be spaced.

    Thanks.

    I'm good with the initial spacing, but when the top bar disappears, the smaller navigation looks off. See screenshots. The taller nav is the one that looks good, and the second smaller nav is the one that's off.

    Hi,

    Please try this css:

    #header-space {
        display: none;
    }

    Thanks.

    That makes it display like this:

    I tried a different setup using the Secondary Header. This will work! Is there a toggle for making the Secondary Header not display after scrolling?

    Hey Again,

    Just turned on this so the Secondary Header is hidden when once scrolled down:

    Is there a way to hide only the Secondary Header? Turning that on hides the primary navigation, which I don't want to hide. If there's not an easy toggle for that, I might just leave it as is.

    Hi Laura,

    How about you set it to standard header from here:

    I only want to hide the Secondary Header on scroll, not completely.

    Hi Laura,

    I am afraid this is not possible at the moment as it would require code customization which you do with the help of a developer.

    Thanks.

    Since using the Secondary Header, the main header navigation is not shortening on scroll. Is that something that can be fixed?

    Hi Laura,

    Please try enabling this option and adjust the height from here:
