Love salient, thank you! Just wondering, how do I get the nectar page header to be 'on' by default for all custom post types? I don't want to have to manually add the header to each custom post archive and single post templates.

The only way I can think of so far is to manually add them in custom post custom field meta. Any simpler and more elegant solutions would be appreciated.
