    I want to change the blue in the marked area. but I couldn't do it from the menu settings. I want to make the font times new roman. but it is not loading.

    Try setting a Custom Header Color Scheme in here:

    First of all, thank you. There is no times new roman font in the place you said. I tried it as css.
