It's the main horizontal logo top/left in the header (on every page) that is showing as a broken image on the home page only - the only page with a video background - thank you!

Thanks, that worked and I feel silly lol but it's been a while since I built a salient site. One more question: 

How can I make the header work correctly on this page https://threegates.wpengine.com/go-grass-fed/ when you scroll down to the bottom of the site (on desktop) and the header goes over the dark blue area in the Instagram section, ideally, it would be light copy/logo over this area, not dark  (you can barely see the header). I thought there was a setting for it to react based on what it was scrolling over but maybe it's just one or the other on each page?

If this is under Salient/Header Navigation/Transparent Header Effect it is already on...

Did you change the color of the menu background to black? I have to change that back, my client approved it as it was. Where did you make those changes? What I was talking about on this page https://threegates.wpengine.com/go-grass-fed/ was what i have circles in the attachment but honestly the client has never mentioned it so unless it is an easy fix I will just leave it alone - I need to change the menu back tho and it's been a while since I have worked in salient if you could show me what you changed it would help me get it back to how it should be faster.
