I have a problem when adding new products; The images of the new products look really downsized and are not in the same size as the old product images!
After googling I guess I need to change the media thumbnail sizes and regenerate the thumbnails, but I don't know to what size.
In WooCommerce the settings for images are:
catalogue: 292 x 311 single product: 600 x 630 thumbnail: 100 x 100
in my media settings the file sizes are set to:
small: 220 x 220 medium: 300 x 300 large: 1024 x 1024
Are these two settings supposed to be the same? Where should I make changes, and to what?
Thank you very much for your help here, I'm really lost.
The simplest way to find out is to right click on the image and choose Inspect Element from the menu . Also see screenshot: http://prntscr.com/4ph5mi . The image is being outputted at 292 by 311 . If it is not good enough change those values.
Ok, thanks. But where do I make the changes? As you can see on that page the images are not in the same height. The new images are 209x222 pixels (natural: 292 x 311), but the old images are 209x209 (natural: 500x500). If I want the new images to appear in the same dimensions as the old ones, where should I make those changes? In the theme files? In the media settings? In the WooCommerce settings?
