We've linked directly to specific Salient tabs in the past, but it does not seem to be working when we use the Vertical Sticky Tabs format. The URL structure we're using is www.website.com/?tab=tab-name#rowid, but it only takes us to the row and does not open any of our other tabs. I believe the Vertical Tabs won't work in that manner, try adding a Row ID to the Goal Rows and then link it using those anchors.
