My home page slider images, portfolio header title and titles/images are off. There are gaps and titles at the bottom get cut off, like there's not enough room. This is happening on both my sites. http:/andreabolder.com and http://playerfortunes.com. See screenshots attached.
Please try using the Flexible Slider Height option in Nectar Slider.
Also when using the flexible slider height option you have to enter the slider height based on how big your images would be at for eg 1600px wide - this will ensure the scaling is perfect with no clipping.
The flexible slider height option makes the Nectar Slider respond perfectly to ensure there's no clipping on any view - leaving it off will cause the height of the slider to change only once per every viewport change (desktop, ipad, mobile) and clip variously between them.
Yes the truncated issue seems to be resolved. Don't know what I did to fix it but now I have a new issue. The slider titles are now showing up at the bottom of the slider instead of the middle (resolved) and when I click the "home" tab from any link on my navigation bar it seems like it can not complete the redirect.
For example If I am on "blog" and click "home" "http://andreabolder.com/blog stays in the browsers bar and then I get redirected to a half loaded home page - I attached pictures (this happens in chrome and firefox)
I can click to and from any of my other tabs "blog","bizfit university", "tools" and "me" and the page I click to comes up. It's only when I try to click back to the home page that I have an issue.
This could be a server timeout issue. Are your pages really heavy in size. Try installing "Wp Super Cache" Plugin and Better WP minify bwp-minify is what we use and there's not much work you have to do. The only thing you'll need to do is remove font awesome from the minification
Also I just updated to salient 4.8 this morning and am now getting a 404 page when I click "more details" on my portfolio images under the tab "The Motivation Board" which is under tab "Tools"...see attached
Try going to Settings/Permalinks, changing to another permalink structure, and back to "post name," and Pressing the Save Button. That should fix the 404 error.
Ok that worked thanks! The only problem I am still having is that when I try to go back to home page from any tab, post or page link...it does not complete the redirect...
Is there anything you can see that's going on from the dashboard that may be causing this?
ok it seems to be working better after I uploaded to 4.8.1. still a little glitchy... still need to turn on simulated ajax option. Where can I find that function?

Hey Again!
Please update to theme version 4.8.1 which has minor bug fixes and turn on the simulated ajax option.
That should resolve the ajax redirection if it is caused by some JS .
Thanks
