We've been experimenting with different pop up plugins that have newsletter sign ups/etc. There is one that we used which has an info bar slide up from the bottom across the full width of the page about 1/2". When that is active, it covers the "click extended functionality" option that shows the view cart/checkout/etc. 

I'm wondering if you could help provide some direction with how to ensure that objects from plugins/etc are not able to float on top of that cart drawer (click extended functionality). That way customers never lose access to the "add to cart" or "checkout" buttons because of a slide up info bar or chat module. Thanks in advance!
