Salient Team, I have 2 questions:

1- How do indent the contact form so that it starts at the same margin as the text box above it? shown in red picture attached

2- My name and e-mail address keep showing on the name and e-mail address fields, by default. How to I get rid of them?

I'm fairly new at this. Could you explain where/how to turn off the atooptimize plugin? I already installed "WP super cache" 

I also removed font awesome from the menu you showed in the picture, but it deleted all icons in my page? how do I put them back??

Also, what about the indent of the contact form to be aligned with the paragraph above it?
