I have a store on this site where I have installed salient-child, parent theme 14.0.1 in WP 5.8.2 and woocommerce 5.9.0. Woocommerce system status shows everything OK. (Image 1) I have installed a payment button from a National Bank. I have the credentials to operate in Production. (Image 2)
In the Shopping Cart, the payment options with credit card, debit card and mobile payment are displayed. By accepting the terms and conditions and clicking on the Finish the purchase button (image 3), it does not display the form of the Bank's payment button plugin (Image 4). However, with the option to View page source code, I can see that the codes corresponding to the payment form are present. The page that is presented only shows the header and footer. (Image 4)
Since this is a Third Party Integration issue could you temporarily switch to a Default Woocommerce theme such as https://wordpress.org/themes/storefront/ and check if the behavior is different ?.
Thanks Tahir and Judith Yesterday I was able to resolve the situation. In the Salient / Footer setting, disable Footer Reveal Shadow. As can be seen in image 4, it prevented that the body will be displayed where the form shown by Judith now actually appears.

Hi There,
Did you mean this form:
Thanks.
Hello
Thanks Tahir and Judith
Yesterday I was able to resolve the situation. In the Salient / Footer setting, disable Footer Reveal Shadow. As can be seen in image 4, it prevented that the body will be displayed where the form shown by Judith now actually appears.
Hi Freddy,
Glad you found a workaround.
Thanks.
