I am trying to get a <hr> under my nectar parallex slider. If I add the <hr> I get a line under nectar and then another above the content - as I scroll down, the one flush to nectar disappears and the other line remains. How can I simply keep the <hr> in place flush to the nectar slider? I have tried various CSS and can't see any other ideas.
