    Hi there,

I'd like to add a "Continue shopping" button to the basket. How do I do that?

    Thanks,

    Vibeke

    Hi Vibeke,

    Please check this out:https://njengah.com/add-continue-shopping-button-woocommerce-checkout/#:~:text=From%20the%20Dashboard%20menu%2C%20click,on%20the%20WooCommerce%20checkout%20page..

Oh sorry, I see a small link in the Coupon-bar at the top - however, this reveals a much bigger problem: When I press this button, you return to the Shop but the basket is empty, i.e. you lose all content of the basket.

    How do I solve this?

    Thanks,

    Vibeke

Thank you, Judith. I will give that a go to get a bigger link to continue basket.

Would you please also check the problem re empty basket?

    Thank you in advance!

    Hi Vibeke,

I am not replicating this from my end as once I click on the button 'continue shopping' the item on the basket is still visible. Is it possible you can send us a short video showing the experience from your end.

    Thanks.

    Hi Judith,

I'm struggling to attach the video - it's rather large.

However, more testing shows that the error happens, when you press "Buy Now". All previous content in the basket is gone, except the latest product added via the "Buy Now" button.

    Thanks,

    Vibeke

    Hi Vibeke,

Did you add the button in checkout page or via woocommerce template?

    Thanks

Which button - "Shop Now" or "Buy Now"?

Buy Now (Køb Nu) is Cashier

"Continue Shopping/Shop Now" is in the template.

    Hi There,

Try adding the continue shopping button by adding the php code in the function.php file as the guide indicates and see whether that helps instead of adding in the template.

    Thanks.
