We use animated gif icons on the homepage and elsewhere but since the latest theme update these are no longer showing (Safari) on page load. They only show once the user scolls right to the bottom of the page then back up again.
Ive disabled the lazy load for the image module and changed the new animation setting to loop instead of show on page trigger but the issue still persists.
in fact, on page load, they show when A. the user clicks on the page or B. the user scrolls to the bottom then back up again to where the icons are. Ive cleared all caches and viewed through private/incognito windows.
Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.
It looks like the lazy loading functionality from WPRocket was causing the issue. I've added a rule within the WPRocket settings for you to exclude .gif files from the lazy loading logic (See attached image).
