Hi! I have this website with installed fastspring plugin, that is pretty basic form my website. I noticed that every type of salient's gallery carousel (in this page I'm currently using Flickity Statich Height Style) have problems when I try to scroll the slider. The slider suddenly disappear when I try to scroll horizontally them (see attachment video).
I disabled every plugin and reactivate them one by one (since this problem occurs only in this website) and find out that this problem is generated by fastspring plugin. It's basic for my website, so I can't replace or remove it.
Clearly this is a a case of the third party plugin conflicting with our theme and so we may not be able to assist further as this is a third party plugin issue that we may not be able to access and diagnose the issue. You may consider contacting the support team of the plugin to check it out.
