Is there any way to display tags instead of categories on a page like this?

Also, any way to increase the number of characters displayed in the excerpt? Either to a specific number or to display the entire excerpt?

Your excerpt solution worked great, thanks.

However, your other suggestion seems to be for the "Post Grid" block whereas I am using the "Blog" block as it has much more flexibility with display, but I don't see the option to turn off the Category with the Blog block.

On this page I have used both blocks to show you:

The first one is the Post Grid block and the second is the Blog block. I cannot figure out how to use the Post Grid block and make it look like the Blog block, which is how I want it to look.

Is there perhaps a piece of CSS I can drop in to remove the category from displaying on the Blog block?
