    Good day,

    There seems to be an issue with your flipbox images not displaying. I have had to make a plan and remove the flipbox sections from various sites. The uploaded images were just gone and when trying to readd them to the front of the flipbox, they do not display. I have cleared cache and done everything possible.

    Would be great if you can investigate. With thanks.

    Did this issue occur with the new update ?. 

    Could you allow us to log in to your website backend dashboard so we can check on this for you more?. We are gonna need the username and password of admin user as well as the login url.

    Good morning Sanjay,

    The fix for this issue was added to the Salient Core plugin back in February with the release of 1.9.4. It appears that you updated the Salient theme, but the Salient Core plugin in your setup was still at version 1.9.3. I just tried to update that plugin from the admin dashboard, but it failed - for now, I've manually added the fix to the plugin through the plugin editor to correct the flip box issue, but in the future, you should attempt to delete the plugin and reinstall it in order to get on the current release.

    Thanks. I have a plugin that prevents plugin and theme updates until I do them manually, must have missed this one.
