wpbakery editor vs webpage

I am having issues with the wpbakery frontend editor columns.

I select 4 columns for a product category in the editor and then on the actual site the 4 columns don't appear and everything is put into 1 vertical column.

This seems to be a problem with salient theme.

    Hey bhlista ,

Please update to the Latest Salient Theme Version.

The current version of the theme is 14 and the current version of the page builder is 6.7.1. Salient versions older than v11 won't be compatible with WordPress 5.5.

Here's the documentation on the available methods for updating Salient: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/updating-salient/#methods Once you've updated that, the update for the included page builder will become available. Note that "Visual Composer" also renamed their plugin on Envato to "WPbakery page builder" a couple of years back.

Here's an update guide on what to expect when jumping many major releases at once: http://themenectar.com/docs/salient/important-salient-update-for-new-envato-requirements/ take a read through before the update, as many things have changed.

    Best.

    Good day.

The problem is not the update, we have updated the wpbakery and salient theme to the latest version.

When we add an element (woocommerce products, product category, or product categories) and in the frontend editor it appears fine with the 4 columns that we want to see. However, on the actual site, the columns don't appear horizontally and they default to 1 vertical column. It only happens on this one page. https://upa-mama.com/comprar-panales-ecologicos-de-tela/

I have removed it for now because the error still occurs and we have added the 4 products manually for now (as image, text box).

    Hi Bhlista,

Please send the url for the 'actual website' that has the error as I am not replicating the error.

    Thanks.

    Hey Again,

Try setting the Posts To Public so that they show up on the Live Site:

https://upa-mama.com/comprar-panales-ecologicos-de-tela/ is the actual website page that is reproducing the error. You have to insert the element from wpbakery (i.e., 4 items from product category or  product categories), then in the wpbakery the 4products appear in a row with 4 columns, but then on the front end (actual website) they appear as one column.

To reply to Tahir. We will not publish these posts, because they are NOT acutal posts. This is not our problem but thank you.

    Hey Again,

The Slider Revolution seems to have unwraped "strong" tags that is causing the layout issue. Please correct it:
