    I have updated the theme but the core plugin won't install and it won't install on FTP either. Can you help please, it's very urgent. Thank you!

    Try reinstalling the theme and reinstalling the plugin as well.

    I added the theme update via FTP rather than the website as I had issues with that. If I remove the theme won't it remove the website work?

    Hey Again,

    The Easiest way to update is to use the Envato Market plugin. If you are having trouble using that plugin its likely your server configuration needs to be adjusted by your hosting provider. Please contact them to check if they can fix this for you.
