    Hi guys,

    my slider video won't load in IE for some reason. I've uploaded both webm and mp4 format and still no luck =\ What am I missing?

    Hey!

    Could you try adding one of our demo videos and check if that works or not as it could be an encoding issue. The download url for the demo videos can be found in the userguides end : http://themenectar.com/docs/salient.pdf .

    Okay so I've uploaded your mountain videos onto my website both the mp4 and the webm and its still not loading on IE

    I've left the video up on my website so you can see

    I have the same issue - video won't load in IE version 11 - works fine with Firefox

    Hey Huy, I'm seeing this being returned in the browser console:

    MEDIA12899: AUDIO/VIDEO: Unknown MIME type.

    - please ensure you're followed the user guide at the troubleshooting video backgrounds section, specifically with the htaccess addition

    Did that, AddType where added to .htaccess file - no effect

    any other option?
