I noticed quite some visitors do not see the Terms and Conditions check box. I think it would be much better if the checkbox to agree would be next to the Order button.
I have been searching for this but cannot seem to find it. Do you have any suggestion how to do this?
No in fact this is a Salient related styling issue.
If you look at other themes they will have this line on different places with different layouts. It would be nice if you could adjust this sentence, as this might be a real conversion killer.
I was making sure you were referring to the default checkbox which is placed on checkout page and not another one you may have tried to add elsewhere - while it's true that themes could add another one with custom coding, Salient isn't forcing the checkbox in that location currently it's just not modifying it. There most likely is a function or a filter that could be called to change that but unfortunately I don't know what it would be off the top of my head which is where the WooCommerce forums could come in handy
Yeah but the WooCommerce forums are usually completely useless...no answers at all, only questions.
Since this might be related to the theme I was hoping to get some support from you guys. I guess it would make the overal conversion rate for the theme higher, making it a more attractive theme..

Thank you!
Hey Sander!
have you tried posing this on the WooCommerce forums in regards since not Salient specific?
Cheers

Could you share your URL so I can check on this for you?
Thanks and sorry for the delay!
