I have allowed testimonial slider and single testimonial to be added by only Editor role. I want to allow editor to add testimonials in post. but it does not show plus button '+' in testimonial slider section. Please help. I want to allow only testimonials to my editor not others.
Exactly, I have allowed Elements -> custom and selected "Testimonial slider" and "single Testimonial". but editor cant click plus symbol to add testimonial inside slider. Attached image for proof.
if you want to try test case do following.
[Allow custom elements as Row+Testimonial Slider+Single Testimonial to editor and login as editor... you wont be able to add testimonial in slider by click plus symbol as it does not appear. ]
My apologies for the weekend delay. The "add" button will still not display specifically in the front-end editor in the current version, but you should have access to the testimonial element now with the correct roles toggled on which would allow you to duplicate and edit testimonials. The "add" button should already be available in the backend editor though.
I've added the needed change to the front-end editor script to allow that button to display. If you'd like immediate access to the change, you can delete your currently installed Salient WPbakery page builder plugin and install this pre-release version with the fix: https://www.dropbox.com/s/1tyqnorej7ij4uj/js_composer_salient.zip?dl=0
Once doing so, ensure to also delete your browser cache, as the old files will persist since the version of the page builder has not changed in the attached pre-release.

Please send in the editor login credentials so that we can check this out.

Hey Again,
I am afraid we can't troubleshoot without a live setup. Please setup a temp domain so we can check on this.
Thanks

Thanks for replying, May i know approximate time ?
I am supposed to share status to client. I have 1 day remaining.
Thanks Again.
Hey niravphp,
You need to enable the "Testimonial" element (highlighted in green) within the user role instead of the "Single Testimonial" (highlighted in red)
The Tab element will also need to be enabled to allow for the "+" button to show up, since the testimonial element extends that class.
I've enabled those three on your staging site and confirmed that the testimonial slider is now editable via the Editor role.
Kind regards,
Hey Again,
The Developer specifically checked before responding therefore its likely a caching issue.
Please clear your cache using this guide: https://themenectar.ticksy.com/article/6226/ .
Thanks

Also, regarding the Slider Question. The Row is a Parent Element so without it the Slider cant be added.
Thanks
