I edited the portfolio slug in salient settings, and updated WP Settings with permalink structure: /%category%/%postname%/ but it is NOT showing the category. It does it properly within POSTS, but not Portfolio :( Can you help tell me if I'm missing something or if I need to custom code it OR if you can implement this structure in an update?

I ended up finding another plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-permalinks/ and you can see it pulls Porfolio custom post type but the available taxonomy tags don't include project-category, which I thought was weird.  So, I still had to add CPT plugin, to ADD a taxonomy to portolio, then I could add it as you see below:

yes, it worked- just didn't know if u needed to know that the available category tag wasn't showing, and i don't know why...perhaps something you guys coudl look into.  otherwise, i've got what i need.
