I'm using the transparent header effect enabled on the site. On the contact page, using Contact Form 7, when I use force transparency option from the page settings it causes the row to draw from the top of the browser, covering up the header. The problem goes away when force transparency is uncheck, however I am left with the white background of the header where it needs to be transparent in its starting state.
I'm running local right now, this is a good example of why, but would appreciate any help until I put it up live.

Thanks for the tip. I rebuilt the columns inside another row and then used your top margin suggestion and that worked great. Thank you so much.
