Since Salient has comments disabled for pages -- which I can see in functions.php -- I still appear to have comment-reply.js loading on my home page. I've excluded it from the Autoptimize plugin for testing and the original js still loads. Any idea what might be causing this? I've checked my child theme php and functions and there's nothing interfering.

just a correction, it's comment-reply.min.js that is loading regardless of whether Salient has enabled comments.

Will this disable comments for blog posts as well?
Have you found this to be a problem with Salient or is it specific to my website?

So just to clarify: there is no way to stop comment-reply.min.js from loading specifically on pages without comments?
