Hello, I have a problem with the portfolio when set on "Meta from bottom on hover + entire thumb link". The portfolio is too far over to the left by about 50px with a gap to the right.
This happened after updating to 4.8.1
I have tried turning off all plugins to see if it's a conflict but this doesn't seem to make any difference.
Can you please provide the page url so i can have a look. Also i provided you earlier with some custom css to fix the alignment issue caused by a third party plugin. Please be sure to remove that to check .
Hey - could you kindly place the header.php file from the parent theme back into the child theme so I can see this occur? I couldn't replicate the issue on my end by using a header.php file in the child theme

Hi Tahir, the page url is: http://jackhooker.com/portfolio/
The custom CSS you sent me was an attempt to fix the direction of the portfolio. I appreciate the effort but it didn't work unfortunately.
I deactivated the Autoptize plugin as suggested and this had no effect.
Hey Again!
You seem to be using the Portfolio Page Template. Could you please try using the Portfolio Page element using the Visual Composer.
Thanks

Hey - it seems to be because of your child theme, when activating the parent theme everything functions as epxected

Hey : ) well spotted Sherlock! Thanks for taking time to look in to it.
I did some further investigation and whittled it down down to find the header.php file in the child theme is the source of the problem.
When I delete the header.php file from the child theme, it then corrects.
But if I delete the header.php from the child theme - and then copy over the original header.php to the child theme it breaks again.
The theme is described as 'child theme ready' but this bug suggests it isn't - or needs fixing.
Or am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I just noticed you logged in. I can do this now...
Splendid! I can't recreate the problem either. Maybe I had the page cached or something. Thanks again for your time. Great theme.
