    Hi

I've added a row with a video background to the homepage but on mobile it loads a grey band above the preview image. I think its got something to do with the page header height being 1. On desktop its not noticable but on mobile its loading before the preview image. I had to do this as I couldn't work out how to get rid of my page header content entirely! Any clues, either removing the grey band or getting rid of all page header settings...?

    Thanks

    James

    Hi James,

Could you make sure you page header settings are all clear.

In the page header settings section set the background type to image but do not set an image or height value.

Clear the rest of the options and make sure the three color options at the end of the page are empty that is no color is set.

If this is still happening then respond privately with a username password with admin privileges we check this from the backend.

    Thanks.

Thanks that worked. I think what was stopping me from removing all page header info before was that if there's a # left in the colour options it sees that as default and builds a page header. I had to remove the # then hit enter to save the page. The colour options should then revert to saying clear not default. Worth noting this here in case anyone else has the same issue and can't clear page header settings.
