    I want to edit the Agency template but the first section has no button to edit the text or add pictures even when I click on the WPBakery page builder or back-end editor.

    Also, the templates didn't download with stock images and videos, as I see in the template example, is there a place I can download stock videos and pictures?

    Hi Fola,

    Thanks for keeping in touch.

    For the first section you need to edit the title and image from the page header settings as shown below:

    Also not all demo images with be imported as some are copyright protected, you may need to add your own images.
