I am having trouble setting up the infinite scroll option for my portfolio and I am hoping you can help.
I enabled the option in settings and chose to make sure that only (9) pieces load initially via the "Items Per Page" option. It loads the 9 pieces and then at the bottom says that "all items are loaded".
If I do not put a number in the "Items Per Page" field, then all of the portfolio items load at once and take a long time in doing so.
So I have tried a few other things....I can get infinite scroll to work if the portfolio page in question is a sub-page. But if it is the main portfolio page, it does not seem to work.
Portfolio > Sub-Portfolio Page <==== this works, but I would have rather had it on a singular page.
Please ensure that if you're using it on the main portfolio page that you have a slug entered in the portfolio options tab in your Salient options panel - it would need to be anything other than "portfolio" such as "project" or "work" etc. After you've done that, refresh your permalinks by clicking save changes in Settings > Permalinks

Good evening, I was wondering if there were any updates on this ticket? I supplied the login credentials with a private response.
Hey!
ThemeNectar Support Team
I have tried deactivating all of the plug-ins, but that didn't solve the issue.
Is there a setting/plugin somewhere that needs to be active (Other than "Portfolio Pagination = On" & "Pagination Type = Infinite Scroll")?

Hey Alex,
Sorry for the delay!
