I'm sorry but I'm not able to translate the category "All" in the portfolio sorting..

I tried using codestyling localization or looking all the possible option but I didn't find anyway to translate it.

Maybe it was my mistake but I'm here to ask you a kind help.

Yes I tried multiple times and I always saved the .mo file.

Another detail: I saw that "All" was already translated in my language with "tutto" ( italian ), but I didn't display it in the portfolio, it continues to display "all". 

I don't know how to proceed. I'm sorry. Maybe is it a problem due to wrong permissions in ftp files? I'm working on a customer's server.
