I just can't figure out why my header font sizes seem to differ so extremely depending on which monitor size they are displayed. I know salient is responsive but it seems so uncontrollable to me. Is there anything I should consider when defining the header font sizes?

I have experimented a little more with the typography but I reckon as soon as my site is not such a wild construction site anymore I will propably need your help with the custom css since I am "only" a designer ;-) and at the moment I am still puzzled at why my Headline 2 appears smaller even though it is defined the same size as Headline 3 ... but like I said, I will come back to this later.

But until then one more question concerning something relateed to this topic:
Is it a wanted behaviour that the body text font size shrinks (visually) when I insert a row element into another row element and then the text element as seen in my screenshot?
