Since the latest update, WPBakery Page Builder is no longer available on Woocommerce product pages for the description section.
Products where the page builder has previously been used are displaying as they should in the front end, however in the back end the description box just displays code and not the page builder.
Could you make sure the page builder is enabled for products under wpbakery page builder \ role manager - administrator - post types - select custom and enable products from the options that show up.
If that is enabled and still experiencing this then give us a username password with admin privileges we check this from the backend.
