    Hi

After updating the theme to the latest version and WP to 4.0 I'm experiencing "shaky" images in with Parallax on Chrome (seems to work fine i Safari and Firefox - all on mac).

I have tried both with/without smooth scrolling.

Could you have a look at the link and see if you can figure out the problem?

Hey Dan, are you also able to see this on the demo? The parallax method was changed a couple releases ago to be much higher performing but that could explain the difference on your end (so far checking on PC I can't see much shaking occuring)

    Cheers

I am experiencing the same issue, shaky/ jerky parallax backgrounds in Chrome. And it's actually worse in Safari.

In Firefox, the scrolling is perfect though. Is there a fix or tips to avoid the shaky scrolling in the other browsers?

    Hey JC!

Are you on the latest Theme Version 4.9 ?. If not please update. Also can you see the issue on our theme demo page as well or is it just on your installation.

    Thanks

I updated and scrolling is worse for me. The issue is not repeated on the theme live demo so I'm assuming it's my files. Is there a general "safe" image height guideline for full width BGs? I read somewhere that 2000px was good for width. Thanks.

    Hey JC!

Could you please create a new ticket and provide your login details so we can have a look. Also

please try deactivating all third party plugins and activate them one by one as this could likely be caused by a conflict from a plugin .
    Thanks

    Hey Suzana!

If you are using more then one parallax element on a page this issue will occur as its a Chrome Browser bug.

    Thanks
