    Hi Guys,

I've noticed a peculiar thing occurring when i scroll down on my home page using either a tablet or phone (both with android) and using chrome. The home page jerks when scrolling down, it seems like the page is trying to adjust itself to fit but in a inelegant manner. I tried the same scrolling with the salient demo in landscape and it works smoothly. Any idea's?

    Thanks,

    Kerrin

    Hey Kerrin!

It could be the parallax background as mobile and tablets do have some issues rendering css3 animations.

    Thanks

I turned off the parallaxing effect but with no success, did some testing using firefox in landscape orientation and it worked fine, smooth scrolling. But in chrome it still pops/expands after scrolling a little.

update: I found what's causing the jerky pop sensation on scroll, when i turn off the 'full screen slider' option in the nectar slider settings, it stops this behaviour, but i really need this on so it fills the screen in landscape orientation.

    Hey Kerrin!

Could you try removing the copyright protection script as it could be causing an issue.

    Thanks

The copyright protection script is not the issue as i only installed this last night, the jerky/scroll issue has been apparent for the last 2 weeks since i installed your theme and wordpress.

    Hey Tahir,

No troubles if it has to be included in a future update, its important but not overly critical to get fixed straight away. Ill keep this ticket open until it gets released.

    Hey Kerrin,

This appears to be happening due to the mobile browser toolbar hiding as you scroll down - for now you could disable the fullscreen effect and use the flexible height option which would still allow the slider to scale nicely with browser but fix this jump

    Cheers

    Hey Guys,

Yes, i've tried turning off the fullscreen slider effect and using the flexible height option, it makes the slider quite small looking in portrait mode which is an issue as i currently have text and a button there which needs to be viewable. If a fix is coming down the track then that should be ok, its only a problem in chrome in landscape mode.

    Cheers
